The May program was presented by Randy Watson of the St. Petersburg Woodworkers Guild. He demonstrated a jig system that allows him to turn a chainsaw into a portable sawmill. He is also part of an organization that uses these portable sawmills to harvest lumber from trees that would otherwise be chopped into mulch.
